delivery information
When will my order be processed?
All orders will be processed to leave the studio within 5 working days of receipt of order. In particularly busy/holiday periods this will increase to 7 working days.
What are the shipping costs
and delivery times?
Delivery aim is 5-7 working days, once your order has left our studio, however during the festive period deliveries may take a little longer.
UK Shipping - Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.32.
International shipping - We ship worldwide for a flat fee of £7.8 Global Shipping is a trackable service provided by DHL in partnership with the local domestic mail provider. Delivery times vary from 7-16 days (Europe) through to 10-23 days (USA/Australasia).
If your delivery is returned to us through a wrongly given delivery address, or you fail to collect your delivery from you local depot and it is returned to us, we will have to recharge postage to send it back out to you.

What size are the prints?
The prints are available in two sizes:
300 x 400mm
600 x 800mm
Larger prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes. Smaller prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard backed envelopes. To avoid damaging your goods, please take care when removing your items from the packaging.
how to return
My order has arrived and it is damaged. What should I do?
If your goods arrive damaged or not as ordered, please let us know within 24 hours. Email hello.the.print.series@gmail.com with photos of your damaged print/s and packaging and we will advise.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post as we won’t be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty or an error has been made by us.
I would like to return my order.
What should I do?
Please email hello.the.print.series@gmail.com in the first instance. If you then go ahead and return your item/s, we will offer a refund upon receipt, provided the items are in re-saleable condition and were purchased within 14 days. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping costs.
